It’s also worth noting that for users of the Teams app, a notification appears in the right-hand corner of your screen letting you know when a meeting has started. I have the Teams plug-in in Outlook, which means all I have to do is click New Teams Meeting, fill out all the necessary information, and hey presto, the meeting is scheduled.
